FertilityHub is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, we do not sell data, and we do not display advertising. This policy explains what limited data is collected and how it is used.

This policy applies to the website at fertilityhub.co.uk and is written in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What Data We Collect

We do not collect personal data. There are no user accounts, login forms, contact forms, or newsletter sign-ups on this site.

The following non-personal data may be processed during your visit:

• Server logs: Our web server may record standard access logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are used solely for security monitoring and are not shared with third parties.
• Local storage: If you use the "Compare Clinics" feature, your selected clinic IDs are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Postcode lookups: If you search by postcode or location, the postcode you enter is sent to the postcodes.io API to determine geographic coordinates. We do not store this data. The postcodes.io service is operated by Ideal Postcodes and is subject to their own privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services which may process limited data during your visit:

• Google Fonts: Web fonts are loaded from Google's servers. Google may log font requests. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Bootstrap CDN (jsDelivr): CSS and JavaScript frameworks are loaded from jsDelivr's content delivery network.
• postcodes.io: Used for postcode and place name geocoding when you search by location.
• OpenStreetMap: Map embeds on clinic detail pages are provided by OpenStreetMap. See OpenStreetMap's Privacy Policy.
• Ahrefs Analytics: We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. This service collects anonymised usage data such as pages visited, referral sources, and general location (country-level). It does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. Cookies

FertilityHub does not set any first-party cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking cookies.

Third-party services loaded on this site (such as Google Fonts or CDN providers) may set their own cookies. These are outside our control. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
